NO GOING OVER 1200 CALORIES STARTS TODAY!!! It seems like sticking in the 1500-1700 range is causing me to get stuck at this weight… (which today I weighed 158.5 :///). I have a couple pop tarts left that I’ll finish off and once those are gone NO SUGAR UNTIL SPRING BREAK.

So I’ve just posted a TON of healthy pics/inspiration. I am REALLY focusing on my own health and nutrition- not just calories anymore. I’ve decided that I have developed a dependency if not an addiction to sugar that NEEDS TO STOP.
